Uten engasjerte frivillige er Barents Spektakel rett og slett umulig å gjennomføre, og for oss er entusiasmen som kommer gjennom det frivillige arbeidet en av grunnpilarene til festivalen. Som frivillig under Barents Spektakel får du tildelt varierte oppgaver som til tider krever mye ansvar. Du opplever festivalen fra innsiden og er fra start til slutt en viktig og selvsagt del av festivalteamet.
