Varun Narain is a queer puppeteer from India, who blurs the boundaries between art and academics. They performs contemporary puppet shows inspired by nature, mythology and interconnectedness.
Revisiting the closet in the past, the performer articulates their story with life sized puppet characters created from dreams, memories and fantasies. The performance includes songs and dance and is interactive in parts.
