Welcome to the 20th edition of Barents Spektakel!
Under the title Soft Shields, Barents Spektakel 2024 will explore the layers of the military landscapes and civil preparedness. Through art exhibitions, performances, theater, film, talks, music and other artistic interventions, we will through the four-day festival delve into how the civilian and military everyday lives in the north.
The festival takes place in Kirkenes, 15.-18. February.
