Arctic Subcircle Orchestra concert in Kars is canceled

The Kurdish Workers Party (PKK) attacked to a military post in the eastern Turkey on the 3rd of October. 38 people, Turkish soldiers and Kurdish militants, were killed in the clash.

International Caucasus Cultures Festival in Kars and concert of Arctic Subcircle Orchestra as a part of it was canceled on the 4th of October.
