The ministers of Foreign Affairs of Norway and Russia, Jonas Gahr Støre and Sergey Lavrov, meet in Kirkenes on the 9th of June to make important decisions for the Norwegian-Russian political arena. At the same time a Norwegian-Russian rock-arena is set up in the open air in the Pavilion Park, and famous bands from two countries meet. Join the drive of Pomor Zone!

TEQUILAJAZZZ is a Saint-Petersburg based alternative rock band lead by bassist EVGENY FEDOROV. Band members also include ALEXANDER VORONOV (drums), KONSTANTIN FEDOROV and OLEG BARANOV (guitars), ANDREY ALYAKRINSKIY (sound).

TEQUILAJAZZZ describes its music as power pop which is much too narrow a description for this band which combines styles like pure punk and hardcore to jazz and film music.

The group is known for its energetic live performances, characteristic rhythm section, rather minimalistic yet inventive arrangements, and openness to contact with fans.

The group´s first album “Strelyali?” was released in 1995 and their discography now includes 10 albums. During 13 years the band has cooperated with all famous Russian rock-musicians and have created a number of rock-hits. TEQUILAJAZZZ members are involved in a number of side and solo projects playing in a wide variety of musical styles, including bands Optimystica Orchestra and S.P.O.R.T. The leader EVGENY FEDOROV has also composed music for several Russian motion picture, television series soundtracks and theater plays.
The band is based in St. Petersburg and has been touring all around the world.

TURDUS MUSICUS is the band renowned for their wild and explosive live performances and soundtracks to international snow/skate/surf films. Combining their tastes in different rock genres, they indulge in a shakedown of hardcore aggression, punk energy, creative vocal harmonies and anthem-ish shout-alongs. They’ve got an aggressive sound, but manage to keep the melodic parts intact, with guitar riffs like slamming rain and drums like threatening thunder.

TURDUS MUSICUS released two much acclaimed full length albums. After releasing “Here goes” in 2004 Norwegian online magazine Panorama.no declared the opening track to be one of the best Norwegian rock songs of the year and Scandinavia’s biggest rock-magazine Monster Mag promptly claimed that “Turdus Musicus has got to be Norway’s best live act ever”.

Their fans include the Norwegian crownprince, renowned pro surfers and skateboarders.

TURDUS MUSICUS: CARL CHRISTIAN LEIN STØRMER (lead vocal), FINN HARALD FODSTAD (guitars and backing-vocal), PAULO ALEJANDRO VELASQUEZ (drums and backing-vocal), ALEKSANDER JOHANNESSEN (bass and backing-vocal), HALVARD RUNDBERG (guitars and backing-vocals).
