The Power of Diversity travels to Murmansk for the Barents Bird Festival
The result of a pan-European dance and theatre project, The Power of Diversity brings together young performers who have taken the lead in developing a unique street-theatre performance that now tours to the Barents Bird festival in Murmansk. The young performers from across Europe have crossed real and artistic borders with the goal to find common ground where their societies and cultures overlap. The performance at Barents Bird is the final result of more than two years of workshops and touring with the support of nine festival partners from eight European countries. The Barents Bird performance also features dancers from Northern Norway, Gust Life (Murmansk) & MTI Murmansk.
